Because the Spriter is still in its beta version, sprites will not be implemented as avatars until the Spriter is finalized on the 3DS browser. They might load faster on the new browser anyway.
Catch my drift.

It would possibly lag, and like said before, be distracting. Also, some people may have it blink different colors alot, and that can result in a seizure in some cases.

Everyone has an diffrent broadband connection with different speed, it wont be fair to everyone at all.

Plus, just lets wait until the launch of the 3DS Browser, along with the eShop.
