Any suggestions on how to draw hands?

I can draw pretty well, but when it comes to hands I fail. Does anyone have some suggestons?

take a pic of your hand turn light box OFF switch between drawing and studying the hand, turn lightbox on every once and awhile to make sure its not TOO much off

Try this: Sketch the outside parts of the hand, then draw the cracks or winkles. It's easy when you just look at your hand and draw the cracks. Whatever is your writing hand, use the other and look at it.
