My opinion: simply show the bully you're not scared and confront them. Look them in the eye, and ask for an explanation. It works.

I honestly think that when people arent bullied they think "oh well if I get bullied, im going toconfront them angrily" or ssomething like that but what usually happens is they get bullied all they do is cower and keep it a secret, the only wayy to stop bullying is to not be one. To you tht sounds pretty easybut everyone has bullied and you have to admit it.
