Ok, so. Some interesting info has been revealed at the conference.
1. 30+ games will be released from March 27 - June.
2. Only one friend code is needed for all your games, meaning you don't have to register friends over and over.
3. The 3DS can be used as a pedometer. Collect coins and buy stuff!
4. You can create Miis, which will be one of the things transferred throught StreetPass.
5. Even while in sleep mode, the 3DS will pickup nearby 3DS's and transfer data. That's pretty awesome.
6. The 3DS will have an enhanced internet browser! Hello video!
7. The release date of the 3DS is March 27th, and RRP will be $250.

Oh, also:
The 3DS will search for Wi-Fi hotspots while sleeping, and will automatically download firmware. This is called SpotPass. Also, the 3DS is able to use geolocation, meaning it can alert you when there is a special event at a store near you.
AND, the 3DS has 3D video playback capabilities, can take 3D photos, and display them in 3D.

Japan - Feb 26
Europe - Mar 25
North America - Mar 27
Australasia - sometime in Mar, probably right before the end of the month
