No, the time stamps just vary a bit on here.

Your personal time zone setting applies to blogs, blog comments, group comments, and helpdesk entries/replies.

But it's always GMT for BB posts and profile comments.

To make it additionally inconsistent, some parts of the site use the standard 24h clock, while others use the 12h.

Catch my drift.

And Bans, I believe is under the GMT Group. They use 24h clock, naturally.

Limxzero - Awesome answer! I'd forgotten that I never applied timezone offsets to some areas. I'll have to tackle that as I redo several pages in preparation for the final 3DSPaint.com. These changes will affect DSiPaint and WiiOperaSDK, too.
