Help Desk Help

Do any admins go tto the Help Desk anymore? I've had a few questions open for a couple days now, with no reply. Will someone please answer this question in a post:
What are the dimensions of the profile comment boxes for DSi & 3DS paint? Need it to resize a gif so it properly fits.

Admins do frequent the helpdesk, they probably just haven't gotten around to answering your question.

Anyway, I believe it's 234px. Hope this helps you out.

Depends on the question. Sometimes if they're unsure, they will leave it unanswered for Hull to take a look.
