DATABASE HELP

hi i iam running isp omega for a site and i do not know anything on databases other than making accounts for them ok and what i need is a tut on login scripts,how to make a homepage.that is all i really need help with making a homepage and the scripts for now thats about all i need help with .what program do i make a homepage with and how do i get things on the homepage.

also ihave problem when i made my homepage i made it using a homepage generator theres nothing but the background and the text but it wont run it says firbidden

Hmm... as it says in my big fatarse book, using your Internet Service Provider is not good. Use actual coding, not that stupid generator.

ok so im making the site but i got an internal server error!!! how do i get the page to load.ok so hers the link i gope you can help me. http://dsialex.co.cc

how do i fix it though cause i got it free i had gotten it from someone.cant remem his name by heart. and what other sites would you reccomend cause i need ftp php,mysql etc.like this host has all of it but its just an internal server error thats stopping my site from loading.also my site is a replica of this site or at least its supposed to be but im going to fix that when i know the site loads.

You pages name was index.php.htm, but it needs to be index.htm .html or .php
