NEED HOST LISTINGS

hi i need a new host cause im having too many problems with the host im going through.(morofirsts "dedicated" server) i dont think it is cause theres way too many problems and u shouldnt have probs like this when u pay for a server.

i dont want these hosts:
000webhost,zymic(ftp always down),byethost(cant run subdirectories),anything that cost money.

i need a host that is almosr always online with:ftp,mysql and php.

a host with more than that should be good.
i would prefer it if someone with a host that they are going through for their own ds site to post what host and if they pay or not.

Why the ""s at dedicated?
It's not because of me! My tlds are working, just these co.ccs aren't working...

You could use freehostnoads.net or squareserve.com
