Maybe. I notice some graphic and pokemon names that a guy like "Bleh..lazy" Would choose cause of no other ideas. :o

It does become more and more obvious that older Pokémon names and designs are being "recycled" to form similar ones for newer generations.

With over 600 Pokémon, they'll obviously have a harder time making new ones seem unique. However, many who diss the new Pokemon designs are often the exact same people who claim the "genius" of the designs of the classic games.
My own saying applies here:

@shadow It's called Trubbish actually. I hate that some people act like the older games in the series had oh so clever names all around and none of the new ones are any good, when there are actually quite a few good ones, as well as bad, as always.

I fell in love with Crystal, as it was my 1st Pokemon Game[in '04, when people stopped playing the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG], and I've been hooked ever since... I prefer Crystal, since it had one of the biggest Adventures, and awesome music, but, Black & White is pretty good, easily beating the Gen IV Games. I feel they destroyed some of the best parts of Gen II with HG/SS, but, I did like some new things, like the Pokethlon... I'd say Black is under Crystal[in MY opinion,] due to a bit of the Pokemon designs and names. I really only mind Ducklett, I think Snivy-Serperior are great, and it brings me back to 6 years ago, especially the inclusion of a few good ol' tunes...
