Good for you. A c-section leaves behind massive scars and takes a good amount of time to recover from. And pregnancy is no cake walk. Carrying a baby is difficult and painful. And as I said before, having a baby is expensive.

i wonder what a world without war, murder, abortion, euthanasia, famine, and diseases would be like?

I agree that abortion should remain legalised providing that people learn about what happens in an unbiased manner i.e. not too graphic or lighthearted.

So you're saying that you should force nine months of Hell followed by the lifelong burden of parenthood on a woman who doesn't want it instead of instantly and painlessly ending the life of a tiny cluster of cells which aren't even conscious?

You're saying that every single woman who was accidentally impregnated should give away their children to adoption? That's a hell of a lot of orphans, and they'll all grow up knowing that they were accidents, or that their parents didn't want them. You'd inflict that knowledge on them for the rest of their lives?

You know, almost all abortions take place in the period of time where the foetus cannot exist independently of its mother. It is attached to her via the placenta and umbilical cord, and it is in effect a part of her, and doesn't even count as a separate lifeform.

Pregnancy can also occur even if you use contraceptives, since they do not always work. Would you then force that woman to carry a baby they took measures to avoid having? Or would you make them keep the child and never truly love it as their own? Or would you make them adopt it and have it live with the knowledge that, not only was it an accident, but its parent TRIED not to have it?

Very interesting subject. While people think one way is right and the other is wrong, the line between pro-life and pro-choice is not as easily distinguished. There can be many consequences for both. Choosing to abort a child can be very unhealthy for a woman both mentally and physically. But, chossing life may also affect tne woman both mentally and physically, but in different ways.

My personal view is that all life is precious and shouldn't be taken for granted.

Never forget those who have made you who you are.

I think it should definitely be a choice for people like rape victims.
