While messing with this bug, I ended up both unfriending and sending friend requests to myself.

I noticed that after I unfriended myself, sending a friend request to myself immeadiately made me a friend. I would have expected for me to have to accept the friend request first before I became friends with myself. However, this completely bypasses this stage.

Is this intended behavior? It seems kinda jank to me. It might be partly because I'm friending myself, and Hull probably didn't expect that to happen.

What's arguably more annoying is that if you repeatedly send more requests then you will have duplicate users in the bottom panel
