(This could easily be part of ?id=12486, but I'm putting this here because it's a "separate" new feature.)

A page (again, part of the other requested page) that shows when users send friend requests. This would be useful for recognizing patterns in alternate accounts attempting to speak to specific people on the site and evade admins.
