Kid Icarus has online play, so if you have internet wherever you're going, it'd add that.
The 3DS version of Monster Hunter is limited to local wireless. No online.
But aside from that, both are jam packed full of content. Kid Icarus being something like Smash Bros but in shooter form, and Monster Hunter being madly addictive.
I guess it's just a matter of whichever you prefer.
You'll also need the Circle Pad Pro for both.

Kid Icarus and Monster Hunter both should keep you busy for a while, but you'd definitely want a Circle Pad Pro for both of those.
If you're looking for a Mario, Super Mario 3D Land is excellent. New Super Mario 2 is pretty fun, but not the recommended game to keep you busy for a long time.
If you're looking for a few games but you're unsure if they'll keep you busy long enough, get one game and a $50 eShop card, and download a few games off the eShop to go along with your game. Having a bit more on your system to rely on in case you want some variety is great.

Lemons, when viewed from a certain way, are know as the TITTY FRUIT.

I think it's weirder that more than one person said they were TacoRocco in the poll before that one.

No problem. Unless you hadn't noticed, I'm quite literally THE guy for gaming anything on this site. So if you ever have anything else, you know who to come to.
In return, I expect you to attend my 3DS gaming events.
It's no fun when few people show up.
