Only use this piece of CSS once:

a[href^="/member"] {color: purple;!important}
a[href^="/member"]::after {color: yellow;content: " [Unknown] "!important}
a[href^="/member"]::before {content:"Awaiting rank: "!important;color: yellow!important}

Repeat this for every user, change the ID to the user you want (146497 is mines), and change the colors and text for them
