The video begins in a dark space. The pattering of paws on metal can be heard scampering towards lines of light, obviously a ventilation shaft cover. A vine reaches out to open it, and then two fumble with the camera to angle it downward towards what appears to be a lounge. A couple of cushions, chairs, and sofas stood around a coffee table. Oddly, there was a concert harp placed just before one of the sofas.
From stage left, a scarred, battle-worn Chikorita with blue, semi-rimless glasses shambles towards the couch, carrying in two vines a platter of cheese and crackers and a pitcher of lemonade, glasses included. She looks around before placing the platter on the table and climbing up onto the sofa, letting out a tired sigh before leaning back on the couch, helping herself to a snack from the platter.
Minutes later, a strange looking Lucario - one that looked oddly bioluminescent even in the bright lighting conditions of the area, arrived from the bottom of frame holding a violin case. On her face was a pair of red, geometric glasses, and just past her elbow was a brown armband, seemingly made of leather, but it was difficult to tell from the distance of the camera.
"Kus. Sorry I'm late. Felicity's cybernetics required urgent attention," the Lucario said as she walked to the couch opposite the Chikorita.
The Chikorita looked to the Lucario with a lopsided smile before speaking. "It's been a while since we got the band back together, innit?"
The Lucario sat down across from the Chikorita, placing the violin case on the table to flick it open, a wistful smile on her snout. "It certainly has," she sighed as she retrieved the violin and it's bow, holding the neck of the instrument over her lap. "A Wish For Peace, for old time's sake?"
"Yeah," the Chikorita sniffed as she sat up to scoot towards the harp, "not as if you'll ever get any again," she remarked with a chuckle as she extended all ten of her vines in preparation to play.
The Lucario gave a good-natured giggle as she brought the chinrest to her face, resting on it and bringing her bow into position. "Ready?"
