You would need to have a good understanding of the html and php language. Plus you need your own server dedicated to your website.

Technically, here's how to make the loggin button.
<form method="post" action="">
Username: <input type="username" name="login" />
Password: <input type="password" name="login" />
<input type="submit" name="login" value="Loggin" />
</form>
Of course, this will not function without the php coding behind it, which escapes my knowledge.
All I know is you would use $_POST['login']
I know my apprehensions might never be allayed. And so I close, realizing that perhaps the ending has not yet been written...
