Pretty sad but...

I been in this website for a couple of months from time to time because I'm busy with school and I been looking everywhere in this website I MEAN EVERYWHERE and my conserin is... Where can I report people? Who do I go to and report a problem... For an example: "There was this admin in about his 20's and was trying to get me in trouble for no good reason... Is there anyway to report this?" Where is the report button? Did I miss something?
